Over the next few days, you will be receiving 3-HIIT style workouts that you can do in the comfort of your home.
These are intense, full-body workouts and are therefore designed to be done every other day to reduce muscle soreness, injury, and overtraining. Before you start, grab your favourite motivational playlist, some water, and press play! In each video I will guide you through a warm-up, 20-30min of hard work, followed by a complete cooldown/stretch.
Required Equipment: a set or 2 of dumbbells.
