I have always been motivated to do workouts at home however I am now even more motivated to do Amy's workouts 3 days a week as for me they are very challenging, interesting, fun and diverse.    

The fact that the workouts are also focused for aging women makes me even more determined to keep up with the workouts. I am 51 years old and now more than ever it is important to keep on top of my fitness goals. I have been struggling for years with a shoulder issue and the classes have made me stronger in that area and now I am lifting more weight than I ever have. I am more confident in what I can do because of this.  Love this community!

Absolutely! These workouts are for every level. HIIT simply means your relative intensity—so you’ll push at a pace that feels challenging for you, not anyone else. Whether you’re easing back in or already active, you’ll move at your own pace, feel successful, and get results.

Q. I’m over 40 — will these workouts work for me?

Definitely! These workouts are designed with women 40 and above in mind. They’re low-impact on the joints, strength-focused to support metabolism and bone health, and created to help you feel strong, capable, and confident at any age.

Q. Do I need any special equipment?

Nope! All you need is a small space, your body, and a set or two of dumbbells. Don’t have dumbbells? No problem - you can still get a great workout with bodyweight-only options.

Q. What if I miss a day?

No stress. You’ll have 20 days to complete 10 workouts, so it’s flexible. Life happens, and that’s exactly why this challenge is built to fit into your schedule.

Q. How long are the workouts?

Most workouts are between 20-30min to leave you feeling energized, not drained. However, for optimal results we do recommend a proper warm-up and cool-down stretch. Perfect for busy schedules!

Q. Is this really free? What’s the catch?

Yes, 100% free. No strings attached. Amy wants to show you how simple, effective, and empowering her workouts are. If you love them, you’ll have the option to keep going with her programs afterward, but there’s no obligation.
