You will receive a PDF schedule with links to all of your workouts. The challenge consists of 13 workouts in total. They are designed to be done in a specific order so please follow the schedule. Your goal is to complete them in 21 days NOTE: there are 8 scheduled rest days!

The workout videos are 45min - 1 hour in length and include:

  • A 10 minute warm-up

  • A 20-35 minutes of intensity

  • Followed by a cool down and stretch. 

In the videos, I will be sweating right along with you, teaching you to perform the movements safely, effectively and with proper form.
