Hi, I'm Amy! I help women 35 and older take control of their fitness and health by teaching them to understand their unique bodies. My mission is to guide ageing women in achieving simple, sustainable solutions for shedding unwanted fat, building lean muscle, and living an energetic, fulfilling long lifestyle.

As a mom of three adult children and a long time fitness coach, I’ve seen the unique challenges women face as they age. My experience working in fitness studios revealed a common issue—overtraining and burnout driven by high-pressure memberships, which often fail to consider the needs of women dealing with the hormonal shifts and symptoms related to peri-menopause.
